At The Grove Church, we understand that one of your greatest concerns in attending a new church is what is available for your kids. That’s why we have created exciting, kid-friendly environments that will make church the best day of your child’s week. Our desire is for your children to grow up loving God and loving church. Our goal as your children grow older is that they will KNOW Jesus as savior, GROW in faith and SHOW service to others. The Grove’s Roots Preschool Ministry has several programs to help plant four basic truths into your child:
- God made me
- God loves me
- Jesus wants to be my friend forever
- The Bible is God’s Word

Sunday
Mission Friends
9:00 a.m.
Mission Friends is a missions education program with the primary objective of providing a strong foundation for a Christian lifestyle. Preschoolers will move from a self-centered focus to a focus on Christ and on others. Children will learn about a different North American or International Mission Board Missionary each month and the people they are reaching. Each month children get the opportunity to participate in a service project where even they can make a difference. Learn more about Mission Friends at their website.
KIDZ Church Junior
10:30 a.m.
Children 2years – kindergarten will learn essential Bible stories as they move through 4 yearly themes. The theme this year for preschoolers is “In the Jungle”. They will experience hands-on activities, videos, puppets and games to help the Bible stories come to life. Preschool and Kindergarten children will have one memory verse for each series for a total of one verses a month.
The preschool program is divided into series including:
- God made everything
- God made me for a reason
- I can obey God
- God made my family
- Jesus can do anything
- I love to share
- I can obey
- God takes care of me
- Jesus is a gift from God
- Jesus made me right with God
- I can show good fruit
- I can Pray

Play n Worship

Preschoolers will sing, dance and play instruments as they participate in joy-filled worship made just for them.
Wednesday
Little Explorers
7:00 p.m.
Join us as we explore who God is.
During Little Explorers preschoolers will play an exciting hands-on game style lesson. Each quarter spotlights a different attribute of God: one that’s repeated in every lesson so kids truly discover who God is.
